There are over 6,000 kinds of plants known to occur in California. Over 400 of some of the most beautiful are included iPhone field guide, with over 600 color photos. There are over 100 wildflower species shown from each of the eight geographic areas, most with over 200. (Sierra Nevada - 322; Southwestern California - 253; Central Western California - 215 Northwestern California - 211; Desert Province - 146; Cascade Ranges - 176; Great Basin Province - 123; and Great Central Valley - 116).
